Who we are

MyMunro is a trading name of St3p Ltd (“we”), company number TODO company number, registered office TODO registered office address. Contact: [email protected]. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

The Classic range

Classic designs are fixed designs from our catalogue, the same for every buyer: they are not made to your specification or personalised. Pictures are renders of the design; the printed model is matte PLA on an oak plinth, and colours and wood grain vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Delivery is included. Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we email you its confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in GB by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days; made-to-order items within 5–10 working days.
Delivery then usually takes 2–3 working days. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.
For Christmas, made to order: order by 8 December 2026.
For Christmas, in stock: order by 16 December 2026.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel a Classic order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email; you don't have to give a reason. Return the model, undamaged and in its packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you sent it). You pay the cost of sending it back unless it is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If your model arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace or refund it, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are sold in values of £25, £50, £100 and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
A voucher can be used on anything in the shop, including design-your-own once it opens. If an order costs less than its balance, the remainder stays on the code until it expires.
Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash, used to buy other vouchers, or replaced if the code is lost or shared. Anyone who has the code can spend it.
You may cancel an unused voucher within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and nothing in them affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
